Rewards card activation. I received my rewards card 5/4/19 and Immediately tried to activate it and it wouldn’t work. I tried online & over the phone and it wouldn’t work. I waited til monday 5/6/19 to get a live person and they are unable to assist and transferred me to a AT&T fraud number which wasn’t a working number.

ATT lulls you into false hope and then pulls the rug out from underneath you. I can’t wait for the next two years to be over.
